1 cup gluten free all purpose flour, ½ cup plus 3 Tablespoons oat flour, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon baking powder, ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon, ¼ teaspoon baking soda, 1 cup packed brown sugar, 2 eggs, ½ cup smashed banana (1 medium banana), ¼ cup unsalted butter, softened, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 2 and ¼ Banana Nut Granola, 1 10 oz jar of strawberry jam fruit spread,


Preheat oven to 350F. Coat a 13x9x2 pan with baking spray or coat with olive oil.

In a small bowl, whisk together the gluten free flour, ½ cup oat flour, salt, baking powder, cinnamon, and baking soda.

In a larger separate bowl, stir together the brown sugar, eggs, smashed banana, butter and vanilla until smooth. Add in the flour mixture from your smaller bowl and stir until well combined.

Slowly pour in 2 cups of Gluten Free Banana Nut Soft Baked Whole Grain Granola Clusters into your mixture.
