Ingredients

Banana Nut Granola, Chia pudding, Coconut milk, Vanilla extract, Sweetener, Kiwi, Pineapple, Strawberries,

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine 2 cups coconut milk, 1/2 cup chia seeds, 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract, and 1/4 cup of your favorite sweetener. Let it sit overnight or for several hours.

Top with coconut, diced strawberries, diced kiwis, diced pineapple, and Van's Banana Nut granola.
