We are adding our favorite toppings to chia pudding. What would you top it with?!
Ingredients
- Banana Nut Granola
- Chia pudding
- Coconut milk
- Vanilla extract
- Sweetener
- Kiwi
- Pineapple
- Strawberries
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine 2 cups coconut milk, 1/2 cup chia seeds, 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract, and 1/4 cup of your favorite sweetener. Let it sit overnight or for several hours.
- Top with coconut, diced strawberries, diced kiwis, diced pineapple, and Van's Banana Nut granola.
