Frequenty Asked Questions
Question:
How can I get in contact with Van's?
Answer:
Simply click on Contact Us or to send us an e-mail directly from this site.
Question:
Are all of your waffles Kosher?
Answer:
Yes! They are certified Kosher. The kosher “D” indicates Van’s makes waffles with and without milk. Our French toast sticks are Kosher as well.
Question:
Do all your waffles have soy?
Answer:
Some of our waffles contain soy flour. All of our waffles contain soy lecithin, which is a critical component in our baking process.
Question:
I can no longer find my favorite waffle at my store! What do I do?
Answer:
First, try our Store Locator (which is searchable by product) to find out if other stores in your area do carry it. If you would like to see a particular Van’s product carried by your local store, we suggest you contact the frozen foods buyer in that store and ask them to consider selling the product you are interested in. In some cases, stores will special order items they do not carry for consumers. It never hurts to ask!
Question:
Can I purchase Van’s online? Will you ship directly to my home?
Answer:
Because our waffles are a frozen product, Van’s does not sell online or ship directly to customers.
Question:
I just bought a Van’s product. The nutritional information on the box is different than what is on your website. Why is that? Which one is right?
Answer:
It is at times necessary to change the ingredient statements or nutrition facts on our products, which results in changes to our packaging. Because Van’s products are sold through grocery and natural foods retailers, there is a delay between the time new packaging gets used and when new packaging arrives in the store. We do update our website to reflect the new information, but the delay between manufacturing with the new packaging and purchasing it in store may result in different information on our boxes versus the information reported on our website.
Question:
I noticed you’ve changed the Van’s packaging. Have you changed anything in your wheat/gluten free waffles?
Answer:
Thanks for noticing our new packaging. We love our new look, and we hope you do, too. While we’ve changed the outside of our wheat/gluten free waffles, the ingredients on the inside haven’t changed. The product continues to be made with all natural ingredients and remains gluten, dairy (milk) and egg free.
While none of the ingredients in our wheat/gluten waffles have changed, you may notice some minor revisions to the nutritional facts panels on the wheat/gluten free waffles. From time to time it’s necessary to make small adjustments to the ratio of ingredients used in our products, which can lead to minor changes on the nutrition facts panel. Please be assured that we work hard to deliver you the best waffles we can and we hope you’ll continue to be a valued Van’s customer.
Question:
Why can’t I find 97% Fat Free Waffles on the shelves?
Answer:
We have renamed our “97 percent Fat Free Waffles” to “Lite Waffles.” We’ve also made the waffles even healthier by adding an 8 Whole Grain flour mix that contains amaranth, quinoa, barley, whole wheat and more. Each serving still has the same fat and calorie content but now has six full grams of fiber.
Question:
