Men’s Health’s David Zinczenko has identified the seven worst supermarket breakfast choices – and picked Van’s as one of the
seven best!
The article calls several foods onto the carpet, including an instant oatmeal, a homestyle waffle and breakfast bowls and sandwiches, for high fat, sugar and calorie content. Instead, Zinczenko recommends eating Van’s Lite waffles (one of our favorites!)
The article mentions the reasonable 140 calories in two waffles and highlights the 6 grams of hunger-fighting fiber in every serving. Yum!
