It seems like every year, Super Bowl celebrations go just a little farther over the top – and we’re not even addressing the half-time performances. Stakes (or steaks, as the case may be) get raised far from the playing field, as fans just about everywhere compete in calorie compilation and creative munching.
But contrary to popular behavior, watching football does not have to be harmful to your health. With that in mind, we’ve combed the web for some healthier alternatives to traditional Super Bowl fare – and we think you’ll like them at least as much as the commercials.
