The folks at Gluten Freeville include a nice
write-up this week on big news for those of us who avoid gluten in our diets – Betty Crocker’s release of a gluten-free recipe collection.
The good people at Betty Crocker have graciously provided a
press release with all the specifics on the collection and its many, many recipes, but we’re anxious to see for ourselves just how the recipes turn out. It’s another reminder of how many people today are dealing with complex dietary considerations, from gluten sensitivity to gluten avoidance to nut and dairy issues and beyond.
Of course, we at Van’s have a good deal of personal experience with these kinds of sensitivities, and the quest to provide allergy-friendly healthful, delicious breakfasts and snacks is something we take very seriously.
