We all know how important it is to stay hydrated. We both look and feel better when we get plenty of fluids. Still, it can be hard to remember to slow down and have a drink throughout our busy day.
So why not change something that may seem like a bit of a chore into more of a treat? Get that same happy feeling you experience every time you walk into your favorite coffee shop at home, simply by setting up your own custom drink station.
Whether you prefer tea, coffee, or just a fancy glass of water - we’ve got three drink station setups sure to add a bright spot to your day, as well as your kitchen. Read on for full checklists of everything you need to create your own hydration station, as well as some fun printables to bring a little extra cheer to your space.
First up is our tea station, because a hot cup of decaffeinated tea is one of our favorite ways to relax before bed. Plus, research shows there are numerous health benefits to starting a tea habit. For example, green tea has been shown to help maintain a healthy weight, white tea has been found to inhibit wrinkles, and black tea can reduce stress levels.
Tea Station Checklist:
● Teapot and teacups (the prettier the better)
● A selection of tea bags or loose leaf teas of your choice
● Sweeteners/spices: honey, sugar, cinnamon, lemon slices, orange slices, etc.

Next up is our morning pick-me-up, the coffee station. Like tea, coffee also has many proven benefits when consumed in moderation. In fact, a steaming cup of Joe is an excellent source of antioxidants and has been shown to contribute to brain health and to fighting certain types of cancer.
Plus, if you’re one of the millions who regularly indulges in a latte or a mocha when on-the-go, this at-home coffee station can be very good for your wallet too.
Coffee Station Checklist:
● Coffee (beans, ground, or individual pods)
● Coffee brewing system (traditional coffee pot, single cup brewer, french press)

Last, but certainly not least, is the infused water station. This one has a lot more fresh ingredients so it can’t be set up and permanently left out as easily as the others. Nevertheless, putting out some pretty glasses and fresh fruit to go with you water every Saturday morning is a great way to treat yourself to feeling and looking better all weekend long.
Infused Water Station Checklist:
● Large water pitcher or bottle

The most important thing to remember when setting up your custom drink station is to fill it with items and ingredients that make you smile. Reward yourself for your commitment to better hydration by splurging a little on that special tea pot or those extra fancy drinking straws.
