So we were pretty excited to come across a recent feature

Did you know almonds are rich in vitamin E and fatty acids that help build a natural glow? Or that apricots contain vitamin A that the body converts to retinol, spurring new cell growth? Or that hummus, the party snack staple, contains amino acids from chick peas that aid tissue growth and repair?
Whole grains fans that we are, we couldn’t help but notice the point that the niacin in whole grains can reduce redness from acne and rosacea.
