  • I am a huge carb lover, bread, waffles, rolls, naan, challa, it didnt matter what type i just had to have it in every meal or sometimes as a snack by itself. So when i was diagnosed with Celiac's i didnt know what to do. I was at a whole foods in Overland Park, KS and became overly excited when there was a section dedicated to people who had gluten "issues" as i refer to them. I was a tad skeptical about taste and if itd hold up like the regular ones do.and they did. Being a cook I am happy that I have an alternative (in the future when i open up my own restaurant) to serve to my customers. Thank you for being apart of this revolution! Riche
