At Van’s, we’re believers in whole ingredients not just for big people but for little people, too. Many
companies make wholesome baby food from whole, healthy ingredients. Others use the kinds of ingredients many of you wouldn’t want to feed the apple of your eye.
The easiest way to know what your little one is eating, of course, is to make baby food at home.
MomTastic has a make-your-own baby food guide, full of excellent tips and tricks. The recipes include real ingredients, like peas, pumpkins and sweet potatoes to name a few of our favorites.
For easy storage, try 4 ounce canning jars or try freezing portions in ice cube trays. (Make sure to sterilize them properly and follow standard safety procedures to keep your baby safe.)
Have any Van’s fans made baby food at home? If so, tell us about it in the comments.
